SUSTAINABILITY

My degree is in Environmental Studies so I am very intentional with how I run my small business to be kind to the Earth and its inhabitants. 


Silver mining is inherently a damaging process and harmful to humans and waterways. I only buy silver from Rio Grande. They are very careful in only sourcing from ethical mines. Read more here. In the future, I plan on moving to mostly recycled silver.


I only buy natural stones, instead of manmade stones that are typically made of resin aka plastics and chemicals. The goal for my business is to eventually move to 100% USA-sourced stones. 


I design jewelry to transcend trends. I want you to love your pieces for years to come and be able to wear them as many times as possible for whatever your style is. If something gets damaged through wear, please contact me. I would love to try and repair your jewelry so it stays out of landfills. 


All of my packaging is intentionally chosen to be used after opening your jewelry like my polishing cloths or jewelry pouches. The exterior packaging is made of material that can be recycled in your curbside bins. “Compostable” mailers can only be composted in Industrial Composting facilities which are typically only available in big cities. I want you to be able to responsibly dispose of your packaging in the simplest way. My shipping materials come from EcoEnclose and are usually made of post-consumer recycled waste and are ready to be recycled after you receive your jewelry.


All of your orders are carbon neutral. If you would like to contribute to carbon neutral shipping for your order, add this to your cart for just 50c. 

PROCESSING TIME

Each product page clearly states if pieces are ready to ship or made to order. 

Jewelry that is ready to ship will ship in 3-5 days. 

Made-to-order jewelry will ship in 5-10 days. 

RETURNS

I put a lot of time and care into everything I make. I inspect every item and test the strength at every stage of the creation process. I want you to love your piece of jewelry for life, so I will happily accept returns.

The jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was received, and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees. Please know your ring size before placing an order to avoid the additional shipping fees of returning an item.

Your satisfaction and happiness are my top commitment, so I am also offering repair services. Please contact me so we can find a solution to bring new life to a damaged Stray With Me Studio piece.

SHIPPING

Once your item leaves my studio, the shipping time is out of my hands. At checkout, you will have selected the shipping speed. If you choose Free Shipping, it is shipped ground. 

While Stray With Me Studio is not responsible for lost packages, please contact me so we can fix the problem. 

If you typed your shipping address into your order incorrectly, I can correct it as long as you reach out before the item ships.
